SOUTHERN TIER DPC MEETING

Regular monthly meeting, moved from December 30 due to the holidays.

Our main topic will be to roundtable some ideas/plans for the coming year.

This is an open meeting of the Southern Tier Damage Prevention Council, everyone is welcome to attend. Please feel free to bring a guest and enjoy coffee and snacks with this dedicated group. At most meetings, representation from local utility operators, NYSDPS, engineering firms, emergency responders, locators and contracting companies will be on hand to address questions/concerns.

Meetings start at 10:00 am and generally rotate monthly between three NYSEG facilities.

The Locations are:
Binghamton - NYSEG Bldg.-Old Vestal Rd.-Binghamton
Ithaca - NYSEG Bldg.- NYS Route 13-Ithaca (Bldg. to the North, second floor)
Horseheads - NYSEG Bldg.-One Electric Pkwy.- Horseheads

The NYS DOT will be hosting the January meeting of the Mohawk Valley Damage Prevention Council.
Our meeting will be held 10:30 AM January 20th at the NYSDOT Oneida East Residency, 2436 Chenango Rd, Utica.
Harry Lenz will be offering a tour of their facility.
Kevin Hopper with Dig Safely New York will be going over the 2010 Business Plan.
Furthermore lunch will be sponsored by Premier Utility Locating.
